So after spending a substantial amount on our phones and due to the fact that phone insurance always has a high deductible and only covers certain replacement of parts,(rarely the screen) what is the best protection for our phones?

So off I went to order my husband a case for his iPhone 6s and one for my new Galaxy s8. We each went to Zizo and choose the perfect phone case for our needs. Now we excitedly waited to see our new cell phone protection!

It had been an expensive month already and just after the Holidays, so I decided upon the Free standard shipping. The website stated that it would 5-7 business days. I ordered on a Saturday and received our cases within 5 business days.

Packaging was easy to open and assembly took only a minute and most of that was cleaning the screen before attaching the face protector.

 So my final opinion of the Lenovo Yoga 710 15 in screen Two in One Laptop is outstanding! Love the sleek design and comfort of the keyboard makes using the  Yoga a pleasure! I was new to the Windows 10 but fell in Love quickly. ManagerFlitter is (for me) the best tool for growing and managing  (Following and Unfollowing)  Twitter users with ease of use when you have multiple accounts.

I have used ManagerFltter to grow my personal and business accounts for over 3 years. I have over 100,000 followers on several Twitter accounts. I learned what an invaluable tool this is for my Social Media campaigns by having access to the features for an extended period of time.

2)  Whereas they say it is 3 price plans I fill that is misrepresented. When you click on the Pro plan for $12 you soon find out that this price is limited to one account only! Then the price increases with the number of accounts you want to add to maintain. ie.. 5 accounts cost $25 and go up from there. The Business account price plan is the same structure with added amenities for larger companies.

So who would ManageFlitter work best for, you might ask???

I would have to say that ManageFlitter platform is good for a newbie all the way to Major Corporation with hundreds of employee’s. While offering the Freebie account that is great for the newcomer, ManageFlitter also has the capability to grow and expand with your business needs. I think we all know the difficulties in switching platforms midstream and having to learn another platform can be overwhelming and time-consuming.

ManageFlitter has a great “Take a Tour” tutorial with Kevin that takes you through the steps of each section of their features. Just click on the feature you wish to learn about and Kevin pops up to the rescue!

We all need to make the choice to write great, original content right from the beginning! Why would anyone choose to write sub-quality content? It is a waste of time for both yourself and your readers! Since you have decided to share your information and expect people to come and read it, you have a responsibility to put in the time and effort it takes to build valuable content, which is the only way to build a successful brand!

You need to have great content in order to boost your SEO rankings, gain traffic and or leads to your website.

The goal to is to improve your site’s rankings by writing original, informative content so that search engines help get your site better exposure. Google has made it clear that duplicate content site will be penalized and will reward quality sites that take the time to the work themselves!

I talk with people and they have various reasons for making the decision to create a content website, some for fun and others for work are the two most common reasons. It really does not matter why you choose this path, for success you must create content that is fresh and new or you will NOT capture the reader’s interest!

Headlines grab their attention


You need to capture their attention or how will anyone ever read your content?

Seems like a no-brainer, right?
Not as simple as it sounds.

According to Time.com “If you’re an average reader, I’ve got your attention for 15 seconds, Don’t think of yourself as an average reader? Good then you will give me more then just the 15 seconds. But the truth is “In fact, a staggering 55% spent less than 15 seconds actively on a page.”

                       Too much information, not enough time!

                                  Here are some scary facts.

When you consider that on average, 8 out of 10 people will read the headline, but only 2 out of 10 will read the all of the content. We must be aware that the power is in your title, without a powerful headline your content will be lost to the 8 out of 10 percentile. Getting to the 2 out of 10 who stay to read the content defines the effectiveness of your entire body of work. Your goal is to have a high click-through rate!

  After all what we really want to achieve is that the next sentence, paragraph, and page (dare I say), gets read all the way through to your call to action!

So I think it is clear that if they stop at the Headline, your dead in the water before you start! Take plenty of preparation time for your headlines, layout several and take time to choose the  “Attention Grabber” that a headline should be!

Do you know why individuals read web journals or watch recordings? They are looking for information to learn about something, and they want it quickly. With Google at our fingertips, no one wants to wait for answers! While composing awesome content, make it simple to read and with goals that individuals can get the high points with ease. Being a contributor, you must convey answers and support data to the crowd searching for information.

Create helpful and relevant content!   

As an author, your point ought to be to draw in the crowd with your substance. You want an engaged reader because they will devour information that they can benefit from! What if you live to be 102, Will you be prepared?



Hi all, Gloria Darni here!

So I had a real eye opener this  weekend, not one of those happy occasions at all. My Aunt Val, my father’s last remaining sibling passed away. Aunt Val was 102 and crossed into the light in her sleep peacefully, I thank God for that! She lived a full life, was loved by many and still had all her faculties about her.

But this did get me thinking, am I prepared to live to be 102?

The answer was a blistering NO!

The serious fact of the matter was that Social Security (if it is still even there) would never be enough! They reduce your payments to 80% after a certain amount of time, I guess when they feel you should get on with it and go already. But many of us do not, so what will you do?

There were many reasons that I decided to work online for myself, these thoughts just made that decision even clearer for me. If we do not take control of our plans for Old Age, No one else will!

Let’s Face Some Facts, no matter how good we feel right now, there will come a day when our bodies say enough of this crap! They were out and ache in many different ways. Our bodies are just not made to keep working until 102!

So how will we maintain a reasonable life style if you are under prepared as many people are not?

So I quickly decided to take control of my life and rapidly typed into the search engine Social Security which lead me to this link https://secure.ssa.gov/RIL/SiView.do which is the page to Log in or create an account.

So off I went to to create an account and see exactly what my future held for me.

The process was pretty painless, your personal information such as address, Social Security number, Birth date and so on, proceeded by a series of security questions for your protection. Once account is created simply log in and see what all your years of hard work has gotten you for “The Best Years OF Your Life”

Total dismay is what I felt, How could that be all it was???? What had gone wrong?

Social Security’s looming shortfall

Despite the rumors we all may have heard, Social Security is not going broke. It is, however, facing an $11 trillion shortfall in the coming years. Because more people are expected to leave the workforce than enter it, incoming tax revenues won’t be enough to keep up with scheduled benefits. Rather, the agency will need to draw from its trust funds to continue making payments.

Here are three of the week’s top pieces of financial advice, gathered from around the web:

Avoiding Social Security surprises
Not minding the details of Social Security could mean “leaving money on the table,” said Kelli B. Grant at CNBC. Many divorced retirees, for instance, are unaware that they’re able to draw money based on their ex-spouse’s work record, provided the marriage lasted at least 10 years. If you didn’t remarry, “you may be able to collect an amount equivalent to half of what your ex is eligible to receive.” Where you retire also matters. Thirty-six states, plus Washington, D.C., don’t tax Social Security benefits at all. Watch the calendar for big purchases
“To every car, appliance, or home, there is a season,” said Kaitlin Pitsker at Kiplinger. Shoppers can score substantial savings simply by waiting for the right time of year to purchase big-ticket items. Fall is the most opportune time to shop for a new car. That’s when auto dealers are looking to make space for next year’s vehicles, “so you’re likely to find generous discounts, cash rebates, and extra-low-interest financing on the outgoing models.” The same goes for dishwashers, dryers, and other major appliances. You can often find discounts of 20 percent or more on older models in September and October. Home-buyers should hit the pavement in February. The median price of a home is 6 percent less then compared with the rest of the year.

Don’t miss the perks of seniority
“For coupon-cutters of a certain age who have nothing against technology, the world can easily become a less expensive place,” said Tammy La Gorce at The New York Times. An entire genre of apps and websites exists to track the surprising variety of senior discounts on offer, even for people who are in their 50s. The website Senior List includes dozens of restaurants with discounts of 10 percent or more, including Applebee’s, Ben & Jerry’s, Burger King, and Chili’s. Retired Brains lists categories such as apparel, groceries, travel, and entertainment. “Who knew that Baby Boomers and others over 62 could get 10 percent off clothing at Banana Republic and 5 percent off at Greyhound?” Sciddy, an app that has identified some 260,000 senior discounts, even uses GPS technology to send users an alert when they’ve walked into a business offering a discount.

Are we doing enough saving in the United States?

A survey of the last of the Baby Boomers reveals many of those aged 55-plus know their financial plans for retirement are inadequate, yet feel they are powerless to change their fate.

As many as 78 per cent are financially unprepared for their retirement with four in 10 of this ‘lost generation’ admitting their hopes for a financially secure old age have faded.

To help you plan for retirement, the Social Security website includes:

  • an online Social Security Statement, which gives you an estimate of the monthly benefit amounts you and your family may qualify for now and in the future

These facts just cemented my decision to start my own online business to secure myself, just in case the longevity gene was passed to myself or my daughter and Grandchildren! At this point in my life I am having these types of awaking moments daily about my aging process. I also was not prepared for many health decision situations as well. My need to not be a burden on my family in my golden years is very high on my priority list, so I also decided it was time to get my affairs in order. But the cost this could be astronomical. Building a niche website.

Today we will cover the step #1: How to build a Niche website.

The first step to building a successful niche website is picking a niche to target.  This just means, what general topic are you interested in or even better, what can be profitable?

 A Successful Niche Site Look:

  • Helps readers or customers find answers and solutions to their questions or problems in your chosen niche.
  • Your site will eventually have hundreds of articles based on hundreds of very low competition keywords.
  • Your site should not be targeting 1 keyword…but targeting all of them!
  • Start small, but grow as the success continues.
  • More concerned with answering specific questions and low competition keywords than search volume.
  • Main source of traffic is Google
  • Some articles will be “Pillar” articles and linkable assets; others just short answers to queries; a good mix of types of articles
  • Social traffic will be utilized; perhaps a great deal depending on niche
  • Long term goal is to build a large contact list and sell to your own customers

Pick a Niche Through Keyword Sampling

One of the keys to success with your niche website is keyword research.   The main idea is that you will rank higher and faster in Google if you target phrases that people are searching for on Google that are not extremely competitive.

With “keyword sampling” you are simply trying to see if your potential niche has lots of low competition keywords BEFORE you actually finalize your decision.

The Good:

The Negatives:

 #1– There is a credit card needed for the 7 day trail, which to be honest always makes me nervous. I have had many bad experiences when companies say something is free and then ask me for my credit card information.

“I had NO issue with the cancellation of this service”                      

  But I did remember to cancel on time! I have read many of the online reviews and if there were any complaints it had to do with these types of issue’s. So please keep track of when you started you Free trail so that you remember to cancel or a charge will appear on your statement.

 #2 -Not sure that I really can call this “Bad or Con” but it is the only thing I came across that got me stumped sometimes. But as I said I have no legal background.

As I stated most of the  questions are yes or no, multiple choice and some need descriptions. At the right hand side of the page there is FAQ section that if you hoover your mouse over you get a description  of the questions meaning. Having no background in legal I did need to ask questions several times to LawDepots support team for clarification. ( Which was always a great experience).
